Payment Terms and Conditions

All of our products are displayed In Australian Dollars AUD

When you place an order the amount will be charged from your account as soon as your order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your order before production begins. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at shop@cameronrobertmccormick.com. Cancellations must be done within 1 business day and before your garment begins production, Otherwise the below Returns Terms and Conditions apply. If we have sold out of a particular style we will contact you to discuss an alternative option or a refund at your discretion.

 

We accept all majoVisa and Mastercards accepted through these Payment Providers; Stripe, Paypal, and Afterpay.

Financial Information is encrypted and processed through our Payment Providers and is not stored on the Cameron Robert McCormick website. Cards you choose to manually save for faster checkout in the ''my account'' section are securely stored and encrypted Using the latest PCI DSS Security.

 

PCI DSS is the highest information security standard for organizations or companies that accept credit card payments. This standard provides protection of the privacy and confidentiality of the card's data used to complete the online transaction. 

PCI Compliance helps to create a secure environment by improving the quality of the cardholder data in order to reduce the rate of credit card fraud cases. In addition, it ensures that the data for each payment is stored securely in a tamper-proof manner.

Your Order may be canceled for the following reasons:

• Item(s) not available
• Difficulty in processing your payment information
• Cannot ship to address provided
• Duplicate order was placed

If your order is canceled by us, you will receive an email that will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact us at shop@cameronrobertmccormick.com

Shipping Terms and Conditions

Currently, our Items are Made to order and take between 1-2 weeks to complete. If you have a special request please contact us before purchasing your item and we can see if we can accommodate your request for a specific timeframe.

We aim to process your order within 24 hours, once your order is processed we will send you a confirmation email.

Made to order items Items will be shipped within 12 hours of completion and the buyer will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship worldwide from Australia using Australia Post Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm (AEDT). Items will be shipped within 12 hours of completion and the buyer will be sent a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery times will vary depending on location and should take no longer than 10 days within Australia. Items are fully trackable once shipped. Please refer to your confirmation email.

Our shipping Rates 

Standard Domestic Shipping (2-4 Business days) $10 AUD 

Express Domestic Shipping (1-3 Business days) $15 AUD

Standard International Shipping (9-25 Business Days Due to Covid 19) $30 AUD,

Express International Shipping (8-18 Business Days Due to Covid 19) $40 AUD

Please provide a daytime delivery address as all parcels require a signature on delivery. PO Box addresses are not accepted.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, and your parcel will be left at your local post office if there is no one available to accept the delivery. Cameron Robert McCormick does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items once packages have been signed for.

Any claim for receiving a faulty or damaged item must be made within 7 days of receiving your goods. Claims after this period will be rejected.

If your package is refused upon delivery and returned to us, you will responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund and/or credit.

DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders please note that any related import duties, taxes, and or customs charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer/Receiver. Please check your local guidelines to see if you may be subject to such charges. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase.
Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates for these charges. We have no control over the processing time by Customs in each country.

Returns Policy

As a Sustainable brand, we encourage you to only purchase items you know you love.

Currently, all our items are “Made to Order”. As a result, we do not offer change of mind returns. We will happily exchange sizes or issue a store credit to you if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery regardless of location. Once a return is initiated you must post your item within 14 days from the notification date to return your item to the address provided in your return confirmation email. Items not received after 30 days without proof of tracking will void the return period. 

Please Note: International returns may take an extra 4- 6 weeks to receive due to covid 19. this is out of our control.

All of our items are made by hand in our studio and undergo strict quality control, however in the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your items. and we will do our best to repair or replace or return the item for you at no extra cost. The outcome is at the discretion of Cameron Robert McCormick.

Enter your order number and request, and you will be sent a confirmation email with a return address and a Return Authorization Form (RA).
Please include this in your package as returns exchanges without a RA form will not be accepted.

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

​

  • Please be aware that the cost of returning an item is at the sole expense of the buyer. Unless in the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged item.

  • Absolutely no payment on pickup/delivery packages will be accepted and may result in your item being abandoned.

  • Except for exchanges, shipping charges of the returned original purchase will not be refunded or credited and deducted from the final refund amount. Unless in the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged item. 

  • All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. For Swim and lingerie products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact. 

  • Returns on items with return tags removed will not be accepted and shipped back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense. Refusal to accept this charge may result in your item being abandoned.

  • Please return your item in the original packaging provided. Please ensure that your item is packed in a way that will protect it for the return journey. Please include tracking as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items after you have received them.

  • “Personalised” items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • “Made To Order” items are reserved for the buyer before production based on the fabric available. And that garment is cut and made based on the buyer’s selected size. These items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

  • Exchanges for "Made to Order" items may require another 1-3 weeks for production.

  • Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we may be unable to hold items for exchanges. Please contact us as soon as possible for an exchange

  • Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 30 days and a confirmation email will be provided.

  • Store Credit vouchers will be emailed to you and are valid for 3 years and cannot be extended or redeemed for cash. Unfortunately, we cannot recover deleted lost vouchers on the buyer's behalf.
